EEBUS Relay Converter (ERC)
Analogue systems in the field? Make it easy to control with the EEBUS Relay Converter (ERC). It converts EEBUS control commands into relay switch commands and enables you to control your analogue systems in accordance with Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and Section 9 of the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG).
Making analogue systems controllable
- Interoperability: The ERC enables analogue systems to be controlled from the SMGWplus via relays.
- Standard: The ERC complies with all relevant standards:
- Certification according to TR-5
- Control according to FNN control concept
- Convenience:
- Simple pairing: SHIP pairing according to EEBUS specifications
- Known systems: Control via the GWA
- All information on functional commissioning in the eLS
- In addition: Update and management processes possible via the CLS channel
Translate digital control commands in relay switch commands
The EEBUS format from EEBUS Initiative e.V. is established as the standard for control signals from the grid. Our EEBUS Relay Converter converts EEBUS signals such as Limitation of Power Production (LPP) or Limitation of Power Consumption (LPC) into relay switchings.
This means that controllable systems that could previously only be controlled with relays can now be controlled with the same commands as digital systems.
