PPC and EnQS Launch Joint Test Environment for Interoperable iMSys Applications

[:de]Users in the energy and building management systems sectors need access to the energy sector’s digital infrastructure to implement new ideas. The Intelligent Metering System (iMSys) paves the way for this and serves as the central point of contact. A high degree of interoperability is crucial to making these new possibilities accessible to a broad user base. [:]

SMGW 2.0 Kicks Off at Thüga SmartService

We need to take action now, and in collaboration with Thüga SmartService GmbH, we’re setting a new milestone! Our Smart Meter Gateway 2.0 has been certified by Thüga SmartService, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership!

iRLMSys – Smart Meter for Industry Is Coming

[:de]E.ON, Netze BW, Robotron, Landis+Gyr, and PPC are testing an intelligent, recording load profile measurement system (iRLMSys) for industrial and commercial customers and large-scale generation facilities.[:]

SMGW 2.0 – The most capable and high-performance platform for the digitalization of the energy transition

2022 was a particularly active and exciting year for the smart metering industry. PPC will meet the numerous challenges and developments in the coming year with the second generation of its Smart Meter Gateway, to further strengthen our portfolio of technology and applications.

Why SMGW 2.0?

“Newer, higher, further” could of course be the watchwords, as in many product development cycles, but for the development of our second generation Smart Meter Gateways, other factors are the key drivers.

Long-time partners formalize cooperation: PPC joins EEBus e.V.

The unIT-e² innovation project launches a field test to increase flexibility in grid-friendly control

The unIT-e² research project is moving from the laboratory phase to the practical phase. In the project’s subcluster called Harmon-E, test subjects have now been successfully equipped with a digital grid connection consisting of SMGW and HEMS. This means that the controllable grid connection can now be tested in real-world operation within the context of Section 14a. The project expects this to yield new insights into the necessity of control interventions and to provide valuable information for grid monitoring.
