The conference will be held at the Mercure Hotel in Gera. A block of rooms has also been reserved at the Mercure Hotel for overnight stays. Participants are responsible for covering the costs themselves. Room reservations must be made independently through the Mercure Hotel by August 19\, 2024\, using the reference “VDE Metering Conference 2024”. Dinner will also be provided. The well over 100 expected participants from municipal utilities\, regional utilities\, distribution network operators\, metering point operators\, and industrial companies from Thuringia\, Saxony\, Saxony-Anhalt\, Berlin\, Brandenburg\, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania\, Bavaria\, Baden-Württemberg\, and Hesse will be offered\, among other things\, 20 exciting presentations on the state of digitalization in the energy sector.
