David Pitcher (PPC) elected in SmartGrid GB’s Operations Board
London, July 28th, 2011: David Pitcher (PPC) becomes member of SmartGrid GB’s first Operations Board. Together with leading energy experts he aims to stimulate the development of smart grids in the UK. SmartGrid Great Britain was launched on 23 June by the Minister of State for Energy and Climate Change, Charles Hendry MP, at the Royal Academy of Engineering, London. It is a panel of experts from across the energy ecosystem which will act as a national champion to promote the development and delivery of smart grids in Great Britain.
